TERMS & CONDITIONS.
CANCELLATION: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due before the session begins. Clients may reschedule once for emergencies, with a new deposit required for subsequent changes. Rescheduling due to extreme weather incurs no fee. Once the session fee is paid in full, refunds are not provided, but rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
PUNCTUALITY: Your punctuality is crucial for a smooth session experience, though allowances are made for makeup appointments within your allotted time frame. Your specific appointment time is reserved exclusively for you following your booking completion. Please endeavor to arrive promptly to ensure you receive your full session without disruption from subsequent clients. Late arrivals or lack of readiness will impact your shooting time. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your deposit. To minimize distractions, kindly limit attendance to those being photographed, plus one, and a makeup artist.
SESSION FEES: Session fees are due in full before the start of your scheduled session. Once a session fee is paid in full it cannot be refunded. If you need to reschedule for emergency reasons, we will apply your credit to your future session. Payment can be made via e-transfer or cash, other method of payments (credit card, debit card) will be available in the future.
